Hyung-tae Kim Studios Reveals Project EVE and Project NIKKE: The Goddess of Victory
Shift Up hosted an event in South Korea to reveal their upcoming console and PC titles, Project EVE and Project NIKKE: The Goddess of Victory, in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and mobile devices, respectively.
Project EVE is being developed using the Unreal Engine 4 and is set in a post-apocalyptic world. Developed by key members of Blade & Soul, an action MMORPG for PC, iOS, and Android devices, Project EVE seems to have an open world for players to explore. However, the game’s debut trailer and screenshots reveal very little about what type of game this will be. We can only assume that it will be action based considering it’s being work on by gaming developer Hyung-tae Kim.
NIKKE: The Goddess of Victory is planned to be released on iOS and Android devices and will feature third-person shooting systems. Players will be able to control one of the characters as they take cover and behind objects and shoot down giant robots. Similar to Project EVE, NIKKI will be based in a post-apocalyptic world that has been overrun with robots from a different universe.
Both games are planned for a global release, while NIKKE: The Goddess of Victory has a release window of 2020, Project EVE was not given a release window at this time.
