Hwang Coming to Soul Caliber VI Soon as the Next DLC Fighter Alongside a Variety of Other DLC

Bandai Namco have announced that the Secret Royal Blademaster Hwang Seong-gyeong will be arriving to Soul Caliber VI as DLC 13 and part of the title’s Season 2 DLC pass.

Hwang is a character who follows his own moral compass to face off and strike down anything he deems as embodiments of evil. His talisman has led him back to this title with his Dark Thunder longsword and Six Heavenly Arts fighting style being his primary tools of combat. Players will be controlling a rather unique and speedy fighter. His attire has caused many fans to draw comparisons with Bloodborne.

Alongside obtaining playable Hwang, DLC 14 will grant players an incredible variety of tools for the Character Creation Set including popular pieces and Tekken themed parts. A free content update will also be taking place which will give all players the new Motien Pass Ruins stage, Seong Mi-na’s Classic Costume set and new Mitsurugi and Nightmare episodes.

All of this content will be coming to Soul Caliber VI on every platform it is available for on December 2. Additionally, Soul Caliber VI is available for purchase on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam.
