Honkai Impact 3rd ‘Re: Promise to Luna’ Version 7.0 Update Releasing Next Week

HoYoverse has just announced that the Version 7.0 update of their Honkai Impact 3rd game will be coming next Thursday, on October 26, 2023. Following Griseo and Fu Hua’s trail, players will take one step closer to uncovering the truth in the main story.

Furthermore, a new enemy type will emerge: the SD-type. This type of enemy can only be countered with SD-type battlesuits, and they can take both Embodied and Consolidated forms, which will bring in new damage dealing mechanics, and add various strategic aspects to consider in the battlefield.

In addition, sneak peeks of the upcoming Part 2 have been revealed. The developer mentions that the brand-new story will take place on Mars, and Oxia City will be the first stage where all plots will gradually unfold. Oxia City has a modern metropolis vibe that is vibrant, technologically advanced, and culturally diverse.

Players take on the role of a support character known as the Dreamseeker, and embark on adventures with a group of friends with distinct personalities. In the united team, there is Senadina, the redhead with a mysterious background, Coralie, a girl who is a bit reserved at first glance, but she is actually pretty chatty if get to know her more, and Helia, the A-rank Valkyrie of Schicksal who leads Coralie’s Mars exploration team.

The vampire Theresa will reunite with Captain again after a long separation. While time may have changed her looks and attitude, she still has her same old fiery passion, and also her love for super powerful weaponry has not waned a bit. Theresa’s Lunar Vow: Crimson Love Battlesuit is an S-rank PSY-type Lightning DMG dealer, and she fights by wielding a cross that can turn into a chainsaw in battle.

When her chainsaw has enough charge during battles, she will enter a frenzy and wield dual chainsaws, and when she casts her Ultimate, Theresa splits that chainsaw into two, dashes in front of enemies, and unleashes true hell on her enemies, as the blood moon shines upon her in a splendid way.

Honkai Impact 3rd is set in a modern world corrupted by mysterious energy known as Honkai. A tenacious resistance formed by Valkyries, brave girls carrying anti-Honkai genes, leads humanity in a war of survival and fights for everything beautiful in the world.
