Here Are 14 Elden Ring Screenshots to Hold You Off Until We Get More Details
Bandai Namco released screenshots for the FromSoftware-developed action-adventure Elden Ring, coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on January 21, 2022.
Elden Ring will feature the action systems that FromSoftware has proven effective through their Dark Souls series, but the team is also focused on building a narrative with this title. With the help of Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin, the game will feature a fantasy story where players control the fate of this world. Players will meet various characters with their own motivation that may end up helping or hindering progressions. Throughout the game, players will choose the fate of this cursed land by unraveling its secrets and myths.
Elden Ring is set in a world created by Dark Souls creator Hidetaka Miyazaki and Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin, where danger and discovery lurk around every corner in the largest game from the developer.
President and Game Director of FromSoftware Miyazaki-san is best known for his work on some of the most popular IPs in video games, including Armored Core, Dark Souls, and most recently Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The creator will now join minds with George R.R. Martin, who just wrapped up production on the final season of the television adaptation of his best-selling fantasy book series Game of Thrones.
