Helldivers II Revealed for PS5 and PC Planned 2023 Release

During the May 2023 PlayStation Showcase, Arrowhead Game Studios announced they are developing Helldivers II to release on PlayStation 5 and PC in 2023.

The reveal trailer showed off the game’s signature 4-player co-op gameplay but with a new 3D look. The game ditches the over-the-top camera for a third-person experience for players to work together to take down the alien threat.

Helldivers launched in 2015 and received support from the developers for years after as players competed to save parts of the galaxy and fight against various enemies. Each alien biome features a different enemy and environment for players to get in, complete a mission, and then escape.
