Hearthstone: Rise of Shadows Launches Tomorrow, Here’s When You Can Expect the Update
Blizzard’s upcoming Hearthstone: Rise of Shadows expansion is close to launching, which will add 135-card deck to the game on April 9.
Hearthstone: Rise of Shadows brings a handful of new features and systems to the game including E.V.I.L. villains who are attempting to take of Dalaran. The full expansion will release on April 9 between 9 am and 12 pm PT. after the expansion goes live players will be able to begin opening decks and participating in online matches. It’s good to note that when these expansions go live the servers take on a pretty heavy load of users which could change some user’s experiences.
Recently, the developer has rolled out a series of updates as they prepare for the new expansion included changes done to the “Choose One” card Art.
Hearthstone: Rise of Shadows will add:
- New Minions: Lackeys – Generated by EVIL cards that add Lackeys to your hand, Lackeys are 1/1 minions that, while lacking in terms of raw stats, have powerful Battlecry effects.
- New Spells: Schemes – Schemes are powerful spells that become even more powerful the longer they stay in your hand.
- New Keyword: Twinspell – Twinspells are spells that, once cast, create a copy of themselves in your hand to be used whenever you like.
