2D Action Rogue-Lite ‘Have A Nice Death’ Teases Very Cool Gameplay in New Trailer
Perfect World Entertainment released a gameplay teaser trailer Magic Design Studios-developed 2D action rogue-lite Have A Nice Death, coming to PC-via Steam in March 2022.
The trailer quickly highlights some of the rogue-like systems and environments that players can explore. Further, we get a look at a few of the abilities and enemies that act as obstacles to our deathly protagonist.
Have A Nice Death is a 2D action rogue-lite where players play as Death, Founder, and CEO of Death Incorporated. Death has found himself in a period of burnout, as his top executives known as the Sorrows, have been running rampant on Earth’s surface and ignoring protocol. So, his paperwork is pilling up and he must regain control of his company if only to get a little vacation.
During gameplay, players will use a scythe, which can be leveled up, but they’ll also have access to over 30 unique weapons and spells. For instance, adopting a Curse upgrade for yourself might result in the Labor Inspector granting your subordinates enhanced powers, or worse, raising the cost of coffee and other items that are vital to your work output.
