Joseimuke Visual Novel ‘Haunted Obachestra’ Reveals the Impulsive Hellhound Boy Dhyos Meidoh

Moonchime Studios has shared a new character profile for Haunted Obachestra. Their Twitter account revealed some info on the second member of the hellhound triplets, Dhyos Meidoh. The joseimuke visual novel developed by Poni-Pachet will have a Kickstarter launched in July, 2022, though more details about this crowdfunding campaign will be shared later.

Written by Yumas (Ozmafia!!, Steam Prison), Haunted Obachestra tells the story of a young man or woman called Yukiha Nasu. They end up moving into a western-style house because rent is cheap but not only will they share a house with multiple people, these individuals happen to be non-humans who love playing old-fashioned instruments and practice in the basement.

We already know the vampire Exnaz von Enterstein, the incubus Merry Christhrnova, the werewolf Gioh von Wolfhart, the unicorn Fumiyomi Hitokado, and the first hellhound boy Henas Meidoh. Now we get a closer look at Henas’ brother, Dhyos. Keep in mind all three of them are voiced by Shingaki Tarusuke, whose other works include Kaname Date in AI: The Somnium Files, Fin Euclase in Steam Prison, and Watase Kasasagi in Root Double.

They used to be a single entity, an Underworld guard dog, but they divided into three people to play music together after wandering into a Japanese live club. Dhyos is responsible for piano playing and also works on the vocals like Henas. As far as personality goes, he’s the kind to make snap decisions all the time. Dhyos is a dork full of energy who likes to run around when it’s hot and sunny.

He may seem rough around the edges and hates when people keep him waiting. He’s popular with the other guys for his boyish/manly demeanor and feels like he has a connection with the werewolf Gioh due to them both being canine individuals. He’s the one who takes care of cooking for the triplets as they share the same body and he usually packs a lot of carbs. His personality honestly sounds like a big dog.
