Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix Receives Western Release Date Exclusively on Switch With Free Demo Available Now
Sega has announced that Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix will launch exclusively for Nintendo Switch on May 15.
Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix aims to give players new and old a unique rhythm experience. The game’s Rhythm game modes feature the traditional modes that fan will recognize along with new game modes that are exclusive to the Switch.
Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix also marks a milestone for the Project DIVA series, which has gone through a redesigned graphical style. A song like Senbonzakura and over 100 others have also received new videos. Additionally, this release will see the new tracks added to the title along with fan-favorites.
Additionally, a demo is available now on the Switch eShop for players to just in and try out two songs Arifureta Sekai Seifuku and Romeo and Cinderella using either of the button modes. The demo also players to customize their options before release by changing the character skins to their favorite Vocaloid.
Digital pre-orders are open now with the base game costing $39.99 and the Mega Pack costing $59.99. The Mega Pack will come with 6 DLC song packs, each contains 6 songs. Players can also purchase these song packs individually for $6.99.
All pre-orders also coming with a 4-song Theme Song DLC Pack, which contains playable versions of Project DIVA theme songs. This pack will also be available for free beginning on June 12.
