Harvestella Reveals Character Concept Artwork Featuring English Translated Commentary

To celebrate the first anniversary of their farming action, JRPG Harvestella, Square Enix has shared various character concept illustrations.

The game’s Japanese Twitter account initially posted this artwork, but Square Enix’s Western Twitter account has now revealed official English translations of the images. Character designer Yasushi Hasegawa shares their thoughts on each design. We have compiled these various illustrations.

Harvestella’s character designer recently shared celebratory first-anniversary illustrations.

Throughout Harvestella, players live life through the seasons as they farm, make new friends, and face off against enemies in thrilling combat. However, the season of death known as Quietus interrupts the cycle of the seasons, putting everyone’s lives in jeopardy.

Part of the player’s journey will comprise contending with this mysterious threat and unraveling its mysteries. There is also a Job system akin to Final Fantasy and Bravely, where combative actions entirely differ.
