Hack & Slash Action Game ‘Croixleur Sigma’ to Receive Physical Switch

Red Art Games and Playism announced they will publish the physical release of the Souvenir-developed hack & slash action game, Croixleur Sigma, on Nintendo Switch.

Pre-orders for Croixleur Sigma will open on January 20 on the publisher’s website. Further, this seems to be a standard edition release only for those looking to add this game to their physical collection. Croixleur Sigma was initially released on Switch in 2019.

Croixleur Sigma is a high-speed hack & slash action game where players must take on 360-degrees of combat where hordes of enemies will try and take you down. The story features four girls who wield magical blades and focus on their friendship as they fight through enemies. Essentially, keeping things light-hearted for the battles.

Gameplay allows players to choose one of the four girls and fight a series of monsters across various platform stages, which are more like arenas. Each character can use different combos and dash attacks to take enemies down and choose up to four different weapons to add to the combo style, and chain together special moves.

Croixleur Sigma also has customization features to change the character’s costumes. The Switch release will have all the extra costumes unlocked. Additionally, there are several different gameplay modes that players can choose from, including Story Mode, Communication Mode, Score Attack Mode, Survival Mode, Dungeon Mode, and Training Mode.

Croixleur Sigma is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
