During the Indie Live Expo Winter 2021 live stream event, Guns Undarkness, a new JRPG, was announced by Shoji Meguro, a former Atlus composer who recently went freelance to pursue his creative passions. However, it is worth noting that he will still work with Atlus on upcoming projects.

Guns Undarkness is a turn-based, sci-fi stealth JRPG taking place in 2045 following a nuclear war. As expected by the title’s name, guns are the weapons used in combat, and they can be upgraded as progress is made. This title is being designed and developed by Meguro himself, an ambitious creative endeavor for a first solo outing. Additionally, is it only confirmed for PC via Steam.

The title’s Steam page houses numerous information. There is currently no estimated release window.
