Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2 Rollback Netcode Launching this Week
Following the rollback netcode open beta test for the Arc System Works-developed 2D fighter, Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2, the company has announced that complete integration will arrive via Steam on January 20, 2023. Additionally, the non-enhanced version of the game, Guilty Gear Xrd -Revelator-, will also receive this treatment.
For those unaware, rollback functionality essentially enables smoother gameplay experiences online, allowing for swifter and more precise registered inputs. Several modern fighting titles have been incorporating this feature, primarily due to overwhelming player feedback suggesting such action.
