Guilty Gear Strive Xbox Crossplay Confirmed for 2023; Next Week Patch Details Shared

Following developer Arc System Works revealing the new content roadmap for Guilty Gear Strive, the company also announced further details regarding the patch planned to launch on December 15, 2022.

Battle balance changes for all characters, including buffs for those not highly rated, increased damage scaling for select attacks, and adjusted Tension Gauge gain and R.I.S.C. Level depletion rate depending on context are some of the combative changes players can expect.

For the Rank Tower, an option to skip the Rating Update sequence will be added to the Settings, and conditions for Rating changes will be altered, making it easier to match with opponents of similar skill levels.

Moreover, crossplay implementation has been confirmed to arrive for the Xbox and Windows versions of the game when it releases in 2023.

In case you missed it, Guilty Gear Strive was announced to receive a port for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Windows and Game Pass in Spring 2023.
