During the first Guilty Gear Strive anniversary stream, developer Arc System Works announced that the game’s soundtrack, “Necessary Discrepancy,” will be released digitally across several music services on May 27, 2022, including Spotify and Apple Music.
Additionally, it will be receiving a physical release on the same date with 25 songs spread across two discs, including the Season 2 theme and the 24 vocal tracks up to Season Pass 1. Further, the booklet that will arrive with this purchase will contain English lyrics.
Pre-orders can be made via Japanese retailer ebten. The standard edition costs ¥3,630, while the limited Famitsu DX edition housing four posters, a mug, and five bromides comprising the Season 1 DLC cast costs ¥7,480.
