New Guilty Gear Strive DLC Trailer Showcases The Unfaltering Awakened Samurai, Baiken & Stage Releasing This Week

Developer Arc System Works has shared a new trailer for Guilty Gear Strive’s upcoming fourth DLC character for its first Season Pass, Baiken. This trailer melds visual flair and mesmerizing combos via Baiken’s impressive swordplay, making her one of the title’s most anticipated fighters.

She will be joining the title on January 28 for Season Pass holders and individually purchasable on January 31. Additionally, her stage, Lap of the Kami, will also be available on the aforementioned dates.

The character’s inclusion is a cross-over with the SNK-developed fighter Samurai Shodown. It was teased earlier this year that Baiken had some unfinished business before she found her way into Samurai Shodown, and we know that that meant she would fight in the Guilty Gear tournament.

Just recently, Happy Chaos was made playable in the game.

Guilty Gear: Strive is the newest entry in the Guilty Gear series. The game was created by Daisuke Ishiwatari and developed by Arc System Works to bring a hybrid 2D/3D fighter to fans. The game is known for its high difficulty and beautiful combo systems where players can master characters to cause severe damage.
