Guilty Gear: Strive Delayed Until June After Open Beta Feedback
Arc System Works announced that Guilty Gear: Strive will be delayed from the previously planned April 9, 2021 release to the new release date of June 11, 2021.
The delay comes after the developer received feedback from the recent Open Beta Test that took place on PS4 and PS5. The company adds that they want to provide the best game possible to fans and need time to polish some aspects of the game, including online lobbies and server stability. The extra time will allow them to do this.
Guilty Gear: Strive is the newest entry in the Guilty Gear series. The game is created by Daisuke Ishiwatari and developed by Arc System Works to bring a hybrid 2D/3D fighter to fans. The game is known for its high difficulty and beautiful combo systems where players can master characters to cause serious damage.
