Arc System Works announced that Baiken will be added to the roster of Guilty Gear: Strive on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC-via Steam in late January 2022.
The character’s inclusion is a cross-over with the SNK-developed fighter Samurai Shodown. It was teased earlier this year that Baiken had some unfinished business before she found her way into Samurai Shodown and we know that that meant she will fight in the Guilty Gear tournament.
Baiken will feature all her skills and abilities for this new fighter, but we are waiting to see true gameplay. More information about her moveset will be revealed closer to the release. Just recently, Happy Chaos was made playable in the game.
Guilty Gear: Strive is the newest entry in the Guilty Gear series. The game is created by Daisuke Ishiwatari and developed by Arc System Works to bring a hybrid 2D/3D fighter to fans. The game is known for its high difficulty and beautiful combo systems where players can master characters to cause serious damage.
