Mobile RPG ‘Grand Summoners’ Reveals Crunchyroll Collaboration Event Adding Hime

Good Smile revealed a collaboration event between the NextNinja developed real-time RPG, Grand Summoners, and Crunchyroll’s mascot, Crunchyroll-Hime.

The event will begin on August 28 and will add Hime as a playable character alongside Yuzu, her black cat companion. Players will be able to summon Hime in Kitsune Herofest Adventure along with other in-game heroes. The event will also add themed Equipment from Hime, who will be the first Fire-type healer-attack in the game with the power to revive herself once per battle.

The event will also have a login bonus for players to receive rare items and in-game currency. Crunchyroll-Hime will also have her own in-game stickers that players will be able to obtain.

Grand Summoners is a real-time RPG that features co-op battle modes, and a deep storyline. During the game, players will build a party of unique characters that have been pixelated from hand-drawn illustrations as they fight to obtain materials and get stronger. It’s a gacha style game, so players earn semi-random items, equipment sets, and characters while playing.

In case you missed, the publisher recently released a collaboration with One Punch Man, which added characters from the manga/anime series to the game as playable characters.
