Granblue Fantasy: Versus Reveals Special Physical and Digital Editions Headed West; Confirms Dual Audio

XSEED Games revealed the physical releases of the Cygames and Arc System Works-developed fighting game, Granblue Fantasy: Versus, coming to PlayStation 4 in Q1 2020.

The publisher revealed a Premium Edition of Granblue Fantasy: Versus, which includes:

• The PS4 version of the game
• Soundtrack CD
• Art Book

Codes for:

• A PS4 theme and avatar set
• Color Pack DLC to customize characters
• Gold Brinck
• Sunlight Stone
• Sephira Evolite
• Damascus Crystal

The edition will retail for $79.99 and is going to be sold from the retailers and the XSEED Games Store.

The digital Granblue Fantasy: Versus Character Pass Set, will include:

• A code for Granblue Fantasy good in the mobile and browser game.
• PS4 theme and avatar set
• Character Color Pack DLC
• Characters Pass DLC for five yet-to-be-announced characters
• Lobby Avatar “Nice-Abs Power Vyrn

This DLC will be available for $79.99. Yes, this is more or less a season pass.

The digital Granblue Fantasy: Versus Deluxe edition includes:

• The Character Pass Set DLC
• Digital Soundtrack
• Digital Artbook
• PS4 Theme

This version will be available for $99.99 at launch digitally on the PlayStation Store. Additionally, the is a standard edition of the game available for $59.99, which comes with some digital goods.

The publisher also confirmed that the game will feature both English and original Japanese audio for the characters.

Granblue Fantasy: Versus is a 2D fighter with characters representing from the Granblue IP fighting it out across various stages. The developer states that this will be a “new era of fighting games” with new balance systems and focus on sound and visuals.
