Granblue Fantasy: Versus Reveals Closed Beta Tests on PS4 and How to Register

Cygames announced that the Arc System Works codeveloped fighter Granblue Fantasy: Versus will receive a closed beta test on PlayStation 4.

Taking place from May 30 through June 1, players will be able to be some of the first to test out the game’s fast action fighting gameplay that aims to resemble the character’s anime designs.

Players who wish to take part in the Closed Beta can register at the official website. Players must have a PlayStation 4 PSN account for Japan, USA, or Europe as well as an active PlayStation Plus subscription.

Applications will be received beginning today until May 23 6 am PDT. Selected applicants will be notified via e-mail after May 27 at 8 pm PDT.

Server Activity Periods:

  • Round 1 (May 31): 2 a.m. to 6:59 a.m. (PDT) Round 1 (May 31): 9 a.m. to 1:59 p.m. (GMT)
  • Round 2 (May 31): 6 p.m. to 10:59 p.m. (PDT) Round 2 (June 1): 1 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. (GMT)
  • Round 3 (June 1): 9 a.m. to 1:59 p.m. (PDT) Round 3 (June 1): 4 p.m. to 8:59 p.m. (GMT)

Closed Beta progress will not be saved or carried over to the final release of the game. Bugs in the game may occur or show up during the test, but customer support will be available to those who encounter any issues. The closed beta is subject to check without notice.
