Granblue Fantasy: Relink Delayed To 2023
The release date for the upcoming action JRPG, Granblue Fantasy: Relink, has been delayed to an unspecified 2023 window. A 2022 release was planned from the end of December 2021, but it seems like more time is needed to polish up this experience. Here’s hoping it manages to satiate fan expectations by next year, at least somewhat.
During the gameplay, players can preview the battle system that includes party members Katalina, Io, and Rosetta. The battle system will also feature co-op features, as shown, and you can also check out the party and equipment systems.
Currently, not much is known about the story of Granblue Fantasy: Relink, but it will feature sizeable scall-action RPG scenarios. Players will form parties with memorable characters from the series, but the game will actually take place in a fictional realm not connected. This also means that there’s a chance new characters will be introduced at a later date.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink is in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
The game’s official website has shared a message concerning the delay, viewable below. Gameplay balance and overall optimization are now at the core of development, with graphical quality, audio, and more complete. More information is planned to arrive in December 2022.
The tweet announcing this development is viewable below.
