Good Smile Reveals Yet Another Atelier Ryza Beach Figure; It’s Time for New Ideas
Figure retailer Good Smile has unveiled another figure of protagonist Ryza from the Atelier Ryza JRPG subseries. Designed by Toridamono, painted by Tori (REVOLVE), sculpted by Ain, and released by Phat! Company, this figure depicts Ryza enjoying the beach…again.
So, no joke, I think this is like the third Ryza figure with her in swimwear? We provided coverage for one by TAITO SPIRITALE in January 2022 and another by Good Smile in February of this year. I do get that Ryza is quite attractive, and swimsuits are classic, but there are other contexts to highlight sexiness. Well, whatever, I’m probably thinking about it too much.

You can pre-order the figure via Good Smile’s United States digital shop for $252.99 ahead of an expected January 24, 2022 shipment. However, the pre-order window closes on July 6, 2022.
The Ryza figure can also be pre-ordered via Good Smile’s Global shop for ¥27,800 ahead of an estimated November 2023 shipment. Pre-orders for this shop conclude on July 7, 2022, though.
Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream is now available worldwide on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
