Goddess of Victory: Nikke Celebrates Half-Anniversary With New Story Event Update

Level Infinite announced that the ShiftUp-developed shooter RPG Goddess of Victory: Nikke is celebrating its half-anniversary with the first-ever themed in-game event, Overzone.

Overzone will explore the story of the first Goddess Squad and their tale of love & betrayal with The Ark. The new event also features updates to the game’s story with fully voiced scenes.

The half-anniversary also highlights the new Pilgrim character Dorothy (Tier -0 character) and the first-ever single-player raid experience where players must battle “Mother Whale” in a time-limited challenge mode as well as mini-games. The six-month celebration also extends to new players, with plenty of free rewards, including SSR NIKKE, Rei.

The publisher also confirms they have plans for future collaborations.

Goddess of Victory: Nikke is available now on iOS and Android devices and PC.

The game features third-person shooting systems. Players are able to control one of the characters as they take cover behind objects and shoot down giant robots. Similar to Project EVE, NIKKI is based in a post-apocalyptic world that has been overrun with robots from a different universe.
