God Eater 3 Announced For Nintendo Switch With Exclusive Tales of Vesperia Costumes
Bandai Namco announced their Aragami hunting title God Eater 3 will launch on Nintendo Switch on July 12.
Nintendo Switch players can now enjoy the fast action beast slaying title on the go, which the series is known for given that it originated on the PSP. Being a fan of the game’s mobile origins, the Switch’s on the go capabilities makes this a well-received announcement.
The game will feature all of the new features introduced in God Eater 3, included the new combat mechanics and customizable options. Players will also be able to utilize the Burst Arts which change some of the normal attacks into special attacks.
“The Nintendo Switch opens up new ways to experience God Eater 3,” said Jackie Simmons, brand manager for Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. “The portability of the system means players can meet anytime anywhere to band together and bring down monstrous threats. The platform also enables players to take God Eater 3 on the road, so they’re never far from adventure and fun!”
The Switch version will support online play with up to three other players either through a local connection or online to take on missions together or fight against others in the online Assualt Missions.
Additionally, players who pre-order the retail version of the game will receive exclusive costumes of Yuri and Estelle from Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition.
God Eater 3 is available now on PlayStation 4 and PC-via Steam.
