Go Rogue With New Evil Dead: The Game Kandarian Gameplay Trailer

Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have released a freaky new trailer for Evil Dead: The Game, showing off how the Kandarian Demon works as a playable character. If that wasn’t enough to entice you, keep in mind that the trailer is voiced by the one and only Bruce Campbell– Ash Williams himself.

The Kandarian Demon, a major antagonist from throughout the Evil Dead franchise, is known for being able to possess others. This is a major facet of its gameplay, as the trailer gives players a peek at how they can take over Deadites, objects, and even other heroes to mess with players.

At the beginning, players can pick the Kandarian’s form to start with, depending on their playstyle. Memorable characters like Henrietta, Eligos, and Evil Ash are included in this roster.

Evil Dead: The Game is a multiplayer-focused action game that has players either control a survivor or the dreaded Kandarian Demon. Survivors need to work together in teams of four to survive the night, as Deadites and other ghouls try to destroy them. While it’s primarily a co-op title, there are bonus single-player missions as well.

Evil Dead: The Game is set to release for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC through the Epic Games Store on May 13.
