GhostWire: Tokyo Trailer Provides Gameplay But No Release Date
During PlayStation Showcase 2021, Tango Gameworks released a new trailer for GhostWire: Tokyo that shows some gameplay and characters.
While the trailer confirms the developer is making significant progress in development, the game has been given a Spring 2022 release date. The delay is due to the impact of Covid-19. It’s not quite known what consoles the game will inevitably launch on however as the game is published by Bethesda, but PlayStation 5 and PC have been revealed.
GhostWire: Tokyo features a narrative revolving around strange disappearances in Tokyo. Players will need to find the source of the evil and purge the city using their own special abilities. The game features a story intertwined with occult leaders, conspiracy theories, and legend.
