Ghostrunner 2 Announces Dragon Pack Expansion and Chinese Voiceover for Lunar New Year

505 Games and One More Level have announced that their cyberpunk first-person action game Ghostrunner 2 is celebrating the Year of the Dragon with new free content updates. Firstly, a Chinese voiceover option will be added on February 8 as part of the Lunar New Year celebration. Additionally, “an expansion of the current Roguerunner.exe Mode” will be implemented on the same date, in which players must be adept at utilizing Jack’s wingsuit, parkour, and enemy encounters.

February 8 will also see the launch of the new Dragon Pack expansion, comprised of cosmetic content themed around the Year of the Dragon. Purchasers of the Season Pass or Brutal Edition will automatically obtain this expansion. Alternatively available as a standalone $4.99 purchase, the following will be included:

  • Three sword skins
  • Three hand skins
  • A brand new motorcycle skin

Jack’s battle against the AI cult outside Dharma Tower, set one year after the first Ghostrunner, is featured in this entry. Alongside an “increased focus on approachability” with a new “block and perfect parry system,” players can also anticipate vehicular combat to shake up the status quo.

The soundtrack “features notable artists like Dan Terminus, We Are Magonia, GosT, the returning Daniel Deluxe, and award-winning composer Arkadiusz Rejkowski.”

Ghostrunner 2 is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via SteamEpic Games, and GOG.
