Ghostly Call Center Simulator ‘1f y0u’re a gh0st ca11 me here!’ Coming to Switch Next Year

Furoshiki Lab has announced the Switch edition of 1f y0u’re a gh0st ca11 me here! in early 2024, though a more specific date has yet to be unveiled. The call center visual novel was originally released on Steam in 2021, and it includes an English language option besides Japanese and Simplified Chinese.

1f y0u’re a gh0st ca11 me here! tells the story of Vanitas, an employee at an underworld call center. As such, your job is to provide guidance for the ghosts who are either lost or in a pinch due to various circumstances.

Three or even more simultaneous conversations may be held at once, and the player has to choose the correct service to provide. With multiple text bubbles at the same time and a strict time limit, the player will have to do their best in the job.

The player performance is also evaluated to check how many times they got the call transfers right and wrong. By the end of six days, these evaluations will lead to different endings.

A video of the PC edition shows how the gameplay works, with the player having to quickly operate multiple calls at once:
