Genshin Impact Expands its Map in Version 1.2 Update Coming Later This Month

MiHoYo revealed details about the Version 1.2 update for their open-world RPG, Genshin Impact, coming on December 23 to PlayStation 4, PC, iOS, and Android globally.

Version 1.2 will bring forth new story elements titles “The Chalk Prince and the Dragon,” expanding the map with a new area known as Dragonspice. Players will be able to find new treasures and fight against the frozen realm of the expansion to the adventure.

Genshin Impact is a free-to-play open-world action RPG where you will play as a young protagonist known as the traveler. During gameplay, players will be able to explore and climb various buildings and locations and battle monsters around the game’s open world. This game is definitely inspired by titles like Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Breath of the Wild just by its look, but the models and animations are very similar to Honkai Impact 3rd.
