MiHoYo announced that their open-world RPG, Genshin Impact, will appear at PAX East 2020, along with the developer’s other title, Honkai Impact 3rd.
Fans looking forward to the game can visit booth #25035 to get some hands-on time with the title ahead of its launch. The game will also be available at the PlayStation booth.
Additionally, Honkai Impact 3rd version 3.7 will be available to play at the developer’s booth as well. This is from the PC version that launched in late 2019.
Currently, the game is gearing up to launch its 2nd closed beta test, planned for Q1 2020. Genshin Impact is an open-world action RPG where you will play as a young protagonist known as the traveler. During gameplay, players will be able to explore and climb various buildings and locations, and battle monsters around the game’s open world. This game is definitely inspired by titles like Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Breath of the Wild just by the look of it, but the models and animations are very similar to Honkai Impact 3rd.
