Open-World RPG ‘Genshin Impact’ Reveals Fischl in New Trailer

MiHoYo revealed a new character for their open-world RPG, Genshin Impact, coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2020.

The trailer introduces Fischl as a playable character. She will join the group as sort of a Chuunibyou character who tells high-fantasy stories and is overly proud of her accomplishments.

The developer detailed the about section of the video:

O Princess of Immernachtreich, are your decrees the stuff of truth, or mere fantasy? Doubt not the Princess once she has spoken! Were the events that took place not witnessed by her own eyes? Does one perceive oneself greater than she?

Genshin Impact is an open-world action RPG where you will play as a young protagonist known as the traveler. During gameplay, players will be able to explore and climb various buildings and locations, and battle monsters around the game’s open world. This game is definitely inspired by titles like Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Breath of the Wild just by the look of it, but the models and animations are very similar to Honkai Impact 3rd.
