Game Awards 2023 Announces December Premiere Date

At the end of Gamescom 2023 opening night live, host Geoff Keighley announced that the next Game Awards show will occur on December 7, 2023. While precise details on what to expect weren’t provided, we’ll undoubtedly be greeted with countless world premieres, gameplay trailers, developer interviews, and probably movies for marketing reasons.

Gamescom 2023 had a plethora of new updates and announcements, such as the release dates of Granblue Fantasy: Relink and Sonic Superstars. The final Sonic Frontiers content update was also teased in quite an epic fashion.

Sonic Superstars will launch for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on October 17, 2023.
