Square Enix Opens Pre-Orders for Front Mission 1/72 Scale Plastic Model Kits Featuring Crustacia, Shunwang, Bizant & Schakal

Square Enix North America has listed new Front Mission merchandise via their online storefront, the sixth volume of 1/72 scale Plastic Model Kits.

Crustacia, Shunwang, Bizant, and Schakal are featured in this set, and they all boast swappable parts alongside attachable weapons and shields, plus utility parts enabling the option to either carry or equip artillery.

However, it’s worth noting that despite the promotional images, each model arrives unpainted and on sprues and requires assembly. The sizes of each model are listed below:

• Crustacia: L 4.09“ x W 2.76” x D 2.72” (116 pieces)
• Shungwang: L 2.95“ x W 2.91” x D 3.07” (108 pieces)
• Bizant: L 1.81“ x W 2.28 x D 3.66” (101 pieces)
• Schakal: L 3.62“ x W 3.19” x D 3.03” (118 pieces)

The initial pre-order bonus for this package features the EX Weapon Set, comprised of two machine guns and one grenade launcher.

Front Mission 2: Remake is available on Nintendo Switch.

Improvements to the localization and bug fixes have been promised.

Microids announced that they will launch a limited physical edition of Front Mission 1st: Remake for PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on December 5, 2023.

Front Mission 1st: Remake is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
