Action-Platformer ‘Foregone’ Gets PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and PC Release Date

Big Blue Bubble announced that their action-platformer Foregone will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on October 13, a week later than the previously announced date. The game is available now on PC in Early Access exclusively via the Epic Games Store and will fully launch on the same date as consoles.

To celebrate, the developer released a new trailer that highlights the story. Players get a quick preview of the mission at hand, environments, and some of the bosses that they’ll encounter on this adventure.

The Early Access version of the game recently launched a new update that adds new weapons, a mini-boss, and localization edits. The team plans to roll out the next update in June.

In Foregone, players will be taking the role of “The Arbiter,” who is tasked with stopping the mysterious Harrow. You’ll journey through the sprawling city of Calagan collecting all sorts of ‘epic’ weapons to subdue every legion of enemies that decides to come your way. You’ll be able to customize the abilities of the character and learn skills along the way as you face numerous enemies and bosses. All of this, in an art style that functions as a 2.5d and 3d hybrid.

The developer also released a new trailer showing the game in action:
