The Five Nights at Freddy’s series has been ongoing and long-running since 2014, amassing a franchise spanning multiple games across multiple genres. Even being as kind as to letting fan works be a part of the overall storyline. But when you have an over encompassing plot that gets spoon-fed little by little per game, it’s hard to keep track of everything, not knowing which is essential for the Five Nights at Freddy’s experience.
That’s why there are Five Nights at Freddy’s Core Collection, coming to Xbox One, Playstation 4, and Nintendo Switch, January 12th, 2021. The Core Collection will include the first 5 Five Nights at Freddy’s games, 1, 2, 3, 4, and Sister Location. Each game is available for sale now as digital-only titles. Still, thanks to a partnership between Maximum Games, Steel Wool, and ScottGames, the essential titles will be released physically for the first time.
To make this experience more unique than the PC version, Five Nights at Freddy’s Core Collection will have a brand new in-game achievement system, along with a unique set of cheats, a first for the Five Nights at Freddy’s series. Every Five Nights at Freddy’s game offers a unique experience of hiding and seek horror, trying to prevent the animatronic robots of Fazbear’s Pizza from getting into your office. You may be able to hide, but they certainly know how to seek.
Also, Maximum Games is bringing Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted to physical media for Playstation 4/VR and Nintendo Switch, out on December 15th, 2020. While Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted is not a new iteration in the franchise, it’s meant to be a ground-up remake of the original games, tailor-made for a VR experience.
Remember: Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for accidental or intentional death or dismemberment.
