First-Person Fantasy ‘Blacktail’ Announced for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S with Winter Release
During today’s IGN Expo Livestream, a brand new first-person hunting title was briefly revealed, called Blacktail. The first half of the trailer cleverly sets up a unique ambiance and tone with gorgeous cartoony visuals that get negated by the sudden appearance of a more realistic setting.
A variety of settings are explored, with the player character consistently wielding a bow throughout. Enemies are occasionally shown too and are promptly disposed of.
Blacktail is releasing for PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, and Xbox Series X|S later this Winter. There is currently no confirmed specified date of release on any platforms.
