Additionally, Creative Director Junho Lee  shared the following extensive message to players:

    Hello Berserkers,
This is Junho Lee, Creative Director of The First Berserker: Khazan.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for loving The First Berserker: Khazan. Around this time last year, I remember thinking, “Once the spring flowers bloom, Khazan will finally be out in the world.”

That feels like just yesterday – and yet, here we are, a full year after launch, already welcoming another spring. It’s hard to believe how quickly this past year has gone by.

I poured my heart into making Khazan, telling myself that this would be the game I stake my entire career on, leaving absolutely nothing in the tank.

By the time we launched in 2025, I truly believed I had given every last ounce of energy I had. But then, so many of you showed up. You played the game, you shared your honest thoughts, and you cheered us on.

Because of all of that, not just me but the entire dev team found ourselves filled with even more energy than we spent building the game in the first place.

Now, more than ever, we’re driven by a single heartfelt desire – to create something even better, something even more fun for all of you to enjoy.

Someday we’ll take on new challenges, but Khazan’s story is far from over.

We’re working hard to bring you even more to enjoy – it’s the least we can do for a community that has given us so much.

We’re pouring ourselves into it with genuine excitement, truly hoping from the bottom of our hearts that you’ll love what’s to come.

Thank you, sincerely, for playing The First Berserker: Khazan.

Being able to celebrate Khazan’s first anniversary together with all of you means more than I can put into words. We’ll keep giving our very best to live up to your passion and support.

As always, thank you for being with us on this journey.
    With gratitude,
    Junho Lee

    About The First Berserker: Khazan

Set 800 years before the events of Dungeon Fighter Online, the title takes place on the continent of Arad. The title has players utilize precise timing techniques, such as Brink Guard and Brink Dodge, to counter their foes.

While preemptive strikes are powerful, managing stamina is essential to avoid being caught off guard. Stamina depletion leads to exhaustion, leaving combatants vulnerable to significantly increased damage. Mastering stamina and exploiting enemy weak points when they are at their most exhausted is key to achieving victory.

Gameplay customization is also at the forefront of this experience, featuring three weapon types with individual skill trees alongside a shared common one that always affects Khazan. The progression is rooted in a mission-based structure that encourages replays of collectibles, loot, and bonus missions.

The First Berserker: Khazan is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
