Square Enix Reveals Final Fantasy XVI to Be Exclusive to PlayStation 5
During the PlayStation 5 showcase, Square Enix took a moment to reveal Final Fantasy XVI as an exclusive release on PlayStation. At this time we aren’t sure if this game will be coming to PlayStation 4. However, the trailer description only mentions the PlayStation 5.
The game is set in medieval times where a new hero name Joshua is about to go on a large scale adventure.
The trailer highlights a few of the encounters in the game as the heroes of this adventure face off against other humans and titans alike. The game is action focus, which borrows gameplay elements from Final Fantasy XV. However, a HUB wasn’t shown so we aren’t totally sure how the battle system will work.
