Final Fantasy XIV Invites Inactive Players to Shadowbringers Free for Six Days

Square Enix announced an interesting campaign to get inactive players back into Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers. Any player who has not logged in for 30 days can jump back into the game with access to Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers for free until August 16. This will allow them the full Shadowbringers experience where they can play with friends and go on quests.

This free login event also coincides with this year’s Moonfire Faire, which is a seasonal event that players level 30 or higher can attend and celebrate with some summer activities.  This event also allows players to obtain time-limited seasonal equipment and housing items.

For players who have yet to try Final Fantasy XIV, the game still allows new players to log in a play the game up to level 35. This allows them to also create up to 8 characters with no restriction on playtime.

Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers is the latest expansion in the Final Fantasy XIV series and introduces new classes, Gunbreaker and Dancer, and characters, but most importantly new story content. Players can also explore new environments and gain access to dungeons to play with friends.
