Final Fantasy XIV Gets New Armor Set Screenshots Ahead of Patch 5.5 Launch
Square Enix has released new screenshots focused on the upcoming release of Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.5.
In the screenshots, fans can get a preview of the armor that they’ll acquire from the Paglth’an questline. During the quest, players will travel to Amalj’aa where they can find the armor which resembles threads from the town.
The other questline in Patch 5.5 will be Sorry of Werlyt, which is one we’re excited about as it introduces Diamond Weapon. The screenshots show off the weapon in all its glory.

The Scions have finally succeeded in discovering a cure for tempering, which should prove instrumental in allowing the Eorzean Alliance and the land’s beast tribes to settle their differences. Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.5 is scheduled to release on Playstation 4 and PC on April 13, 2021.
