Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is currently available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and PC.
Final Fantasy X initially launched for PlayStation 2 and was the franchise’s first 3D and voice-acted mainline entry. The protagonist, a resident of the towering city of Zanarkand, suddenly finds himself in the troubled world of Spira after encountering a mighty beast known as Sin. He eventually becomes a Guardian for a Summoner named Yuna, who is on a pilgrimage to defeat Sin.
Final Fantasy X-2 is a drastically different sequel that follows the first game’s events after a brief time-skip. Gameplay undergoes a fundamental shakeup, with an expansive Job system and countless minigames. Further, there are several endings encouraging replayability.
Who knows if a Final Fantasy X-3 will ever happen…
