Final Fantasy VII Remake Gives the People What They Wanted and Shows Cloud in His Pretty Dress
Square Enix released a new trailer for the upcoming RPG Final Fantasy VII Remake, coming to PlayStation 4 on April 10.
The trailer feels long at almost 4-minutes, but it shows a lot of key moments of gameplay that fans of the series have been waiting to see. This includes the famous scene where Cloud has to go around and collect feminine items and crossdress his way to save Tifa. However, the trailer might show a little bit too much in that regard as it continues to introduce Red XIII and even an interaction between Cloud and the antagonist Sephiroth.
At the end of the trailer, players get a look at more gameplay and an epic fight against Jenova.
Final Fantasy VII Remake will tell the story of a corrupted world fallen under the control of the Shinra Electric Power Company, a shadowy corporation controlling the planet’s very life force as Mako Energy.
In the sprawling city of Midgar, an anti-Shinra organization calling themselves Avalanche have stepped up their resistance. Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinra’s elite SOLDIER unit now turned mercenary, lends his aid to the group, and throughout the story, goes on epic adventures with an unforgettable cast of characters.
