Square Enix has announced that their Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis mobile game will be collaborating with Japanese sweets company Fujiya. A series of collaboration items featuring brand-new artwork will be sold across Fujiya Confectionery stores in Japan starting in October 6th.
Three types of items will be sold during this limited-time collaboration. You can view them all in our gallery below:
Furthermore, customers who purchase more than ¥1200 worth of items will receive one special sticker sheet from a random selection of nine types. This bonus campaign will last until supplies last and is valid across all Japanese Fujiya Confectionery stores.
Special thanks to Audrey for spotting this news.
Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis is an ambitious mobile entry that coalesces the compilation of Final Fantasy VII, including the original game, Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus, Before Crisis, and even Advent Children in playable forms. The gacha comprises new outfits for the cast, adding levity and spiciness to familiar events fans are abundantly knowledgeable about.
The original Final Fantasy VII’s portrayal will feature new lines and adapt light novel material written by Nojima, such as when Tifa meets AVALANCHE in Traces of Two Pasts. When the game is out tomorrow, the entirety of the story in Midgar will be playable. Story updates are planned once a month for the three depicted games so far, with seemingly one chapter each time.
Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is available on mobile devices via iOS and Android. In case you missed it, check out our review of the game.
