Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Series Sells 3 Million Units Worldwide

Square Enix has announced that the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series has sold over three million units worldwide across PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC via Steam, and mobile devices. To clarify, these sales numbers reflect all six of the classic titles’ sales added together. Congratulations to Square Enix for achieving this feat, especially given the improved state of the collection seen in the console ports.

This news follows the collection confirming its two million sold copies back in May 2023.

Fans can utilize a highly-requested new font option, the ability to switch between the original and remastered background music, and several ways to adjust the experience. Specifically, random encounters can be turned off, earned experience and Gil can be amplified, and ABP can be altered. Final Fantasy II also has dedicated boost options to make the experience more accessible. This is must-play collection for newer fans who haven’t experienced these classics.

11 songs from Final Fantasy XVI are joining Theatrhythm Final Bar Line.

Final Fantasy XVI is available on PlayStation 5.
