Final Fantasy IV Pixel Remaster to Launch on PC and Mobile Devices on September 8

Square Enix has announced that another entry in their collection Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster has a release date. Final Fantasy IV will launch on September 8, 2021, on PC-via Steam and mobile devices. The game will launch with a 20% discount along with a discounted bundle with the previous titles.

Final Fantasy IV takes players to the Kingdom of Baron as the Red Wings set off to attack surrounding countries. The dark knight and captain of this group, Cecil, turns his back to the evil ways and fights again Baron alongside his friend. While traveling the land in search of crystals, Cecil meets up with a group of other adventures, Kain the dragoon, Rosa the white mage, Rydia the summoner, and many more skilled allies. The game features the ATB battle system which heightens urgency in a fight.

Further, those who pre-purchase the game will receive three specially rearranged music tracks, two limited wallpapers, and a 20% discount. The tracks are:

  • The Red Wings (Timelapse Remix)
  • Main Theme of FINAL FANTASY IV (Timelapse Remix)
  • Battle 2 (Timelapse Remix)
