Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy III on PC-via Steam and iOS and Android has received a new patch.
Final Fantasy III on PC and mobile devices launched in 2014 and has since seen praise from fans for its quality. However, the publisher seemed to not be finished with this version of the game as they have released a new patch to give fans new ways to play through the game.
Fans who boot up the game will find that it now contains a Gallary mode along with an Auto battle feature and 2x speed battle mode. These features are for both the mobile and PC version of the game. Exclusive PC patch notes include UI changes and the ability to play the game in 21:9 resolutions. Additionally, the team added new language options for Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.
Final Fantasy III tales the story of four young characters who have been chosen by the crystals to set out on an adventure and save the world. The game has been updated from its original version to include 3D visuals and cutscenes not found in the Super Famicon or PlayStation release.
