UPDATE 6/21/2023: Koei Tecmo America confirmed the game will launch for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam on September 29, 2023. The trailer will premiere tonight at 7 PM ET/ 4 PM PT:
Fate/Samurai Remnant is planned to launch for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam in 2023. The release date given in the above trailer was from PlayStation, so we don’t know for absolute certainty if the other platforms will receive it on the same date.
The game tells the story of a trio who lives together in an old Western mansion on the outskirts of a Japanese town. Rumors say that a witch lives in the place, and they might actually not be so far-fetched. After all, Aoko Aozaki does study her sorcery in the area under the tutelage of Alice Kuonji.
During the Showa Era (the 1980s), a young man called Soujuurou Shizuki meets the two of them. He comes from a rural area and has slowly been adjusting to the new reality of high school in the city.
