Marvelous and XSEED have officially announced a free Winter update coming to the dress-up adventure game Fashion Dreamer. This new update will be coming to Nintendo Switch on December 4, and adds in new patterns, new items, more ways to curate outfits, and a crossover collaboration with Ciào, a popular monthly girls’ manga magazine in Japan.
Some of the new styles will become available through the Limited Time Fair, an in-game system aimed to support every influencer in Eve with a fresh set of objectives for them to complete each month, with useful items such as E-Points and patterns as rewards.
This time, the rewards include over 20 items in a butterfly dream motif. Furthermore, if you’re looking for some inspiration based on past Muses you’ve met online, you can now check who you’ve met via the Muse Notebook as well as save and name your outfit sets and quickly change between them with the Lookbook.
And last, but certainly not least, all players will receive T-shirts made in collaboration with Naisho No Lily and Shining!, both of which are being serialized through Ciào’s magazines, and a T-shirt and Photo Egg frame.
In Fashion Dreamer, players are taken to the virtual world of Eve, where fashion fantasies are made real, and anyone can become the ultimate trendsetter. You can express your unique styles using an avatar called a Muse and create your own haute couture with over 1400 collectible items with your favorite styles and colors for a truly unique flair. Once you’ve found the perfect signature style, you can display your latest line of outfits in your own customizable showroom to turn heads and elevate their brand to the next level.
Furthermore, by connecting to the Internet, players can snag other Muses’ outfits for themselves or find inspiration for their next ensemble. The virtual space is bustling with Muses, fashion fans who are always on the lookout for new inspiration. Dazzle them with the freshest fits to earn their Likes and grow as an iconic fashion influencer.
