Devolver Digital launched a new trailer for the Mediatonic-developed game show battle royal Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, coming to PlayStation 4 and PC-via Steam on August 4.
The announcement came with a new trailer showing additional gameplay and some of the obstacles that players will encounter as you compete to be the last contestant standing. It’s a game for players who like the idea of battle royale games but suck at them. There are different courses available, but after a while, players will begin to be knocked out of the course until only one is left.
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout features a game show-like structure, but with the added layer of battle royal systems. The idea is to start with a bunch of players and only get one winner. However, this isn’t about shooting other players; instead, you’ll just have to get through obstacles. The game went through a series of betas to perfect the launch, so here’s to hoping the launch goes well for them.
The game will have solo and cooperative modes and a variety of different obstacles to get through.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the release.
